This system has been reset to its original factory settings, the storage drive has been securely wiped using the NIST 800-88 Rev. 1 standard and a fresh operating system has been installed using the OEM key provided by the manufacturer. Hardware components are installed using Microsoft-provided drivers. The system has been tested for key functionality and passed before the sale listing. The system does not come with any other items than those that are explicitly noted in this post. The system does not come with recovery software of any kind.

Local Pickup
All items are eligible for free local pickup at our Portland location. Select the free Local Pickup option at checkout, complete your purchase and wait at least two hours for us to prepare your order. You will receive a message with instructions once your order is ready for pickup. Our current pickup hours are Monday – Friday, 9:30AM – 4:30PM, excluding holidays.
Shipping
We only ship internationally using the OregonRecycles Global Shipping program. Otherwise, we ship to the continental US only. Items will be shipped within one business day of completed payment unless otherwise noted.

Returns
As an R2 2013 compliant recycler, we strive to ensure that your product is as described, as part of our certification process we test and inventory each item with the exception of some vintage items please read our item descriptions.
If your item does not meet with its description, and/or the product is non-functional (unless described as non-functional, or “R2/Ready for Repair”) and/or is not as described, please contact us via OregonRecycles, so that we can initiate our return plan.
We do not initiate or accept returns past 30 calendar days of item receipt.
In the event of a return/problem, please provide the serial number and as much information about the problem as possible.
While we do accept returns within the 30 day return period we also care about and are aware of the Carbon footprint of the return process. In the U.S., return shipping creates over 15 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually ? more than the emissions from 3 million cars.
As per OregonRecycles policy, we do not accept returns in the event of buyers remorse or “changes of mind”.
Returns and International Shipping: We use the OregonRecycles global shipping program, while we do accept returns internationally the buyer is always responsible to pay for their return shipping, including taxes and applicable import fees.
Returns and Freight Forwarders: We only offer international shipping via the ebay Global Shipping Program, if you purchase from us outside of that program and use a freight forwarding service for domestic shipping, please keep in mind that if you need to return the product, it must be returned within the 30 day return period from the day it arrives at the address that it has been shipped to, in most cases, that is the Freight Forwarder.
So that we can provide the best possible service, all returns are evaluated per OregonRecycless “Condition of returned items policy” to ensure compliance against the OregonRecycles “Abusive Buyer Policy”.
