Shipping and Local Pickup

• • Shipping Exclusions: We don’t ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. International shipping is through OregonRecycles.com’s International Shipping Program. Some items might have shipping restrictions. For domestic shipping, expect your item to be shipped within the next business day post payment clearance.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an item offers free shipping. Typically, we utilize the FedEx for OregonRecycles.com shipping program.
  • Combined Shipping: Orders are combined for environmental and cost efficiency. Splitting orders into multiple boxes isn’t possible.
  • Local Pickup: Items can be picked up for free at our Portland location. After checkout and a minimum two-hour wait, instructions for pickup will be sent. Pickup hours mirror our business hours, excluding holidays.

Product Return Policy

• • Quality Assurance: As an R2V3 compliant recycler, we ensure products match descriptions, testing and inventorying each, barring some vintage items.
  • Returns: Contact us via OregonRecycles.com for any discrepancies or non-functioning products within 30 days of receipt. Full refunds are issued upon receiving and verifying the returned item. We do NOT offer partial refunds or exchanges for any reason. Please return the product for a full refund. 
  • Condition of Returned items. We follow the OregonRecycles.com policy regarding the condition of returned items. Each item is inspected carefully upon its return, Testing notes and physical description are checked against logs to ensure the item has been returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.  Items returned in a damaged condition may be subject up to 50% reduction in the return. A great example of this would be buying a motherboard from us that has documented as tested and working, the pins of the board have been recorded as intact but when the motherboard is returned, the pins are damaged from buyer damage, such as dropping a CPU onto the pin area. This board would be only partially refunded. The damage would be documented and the incident reported to OregonRecycles.com. 
  • Please select the correct reason you are returning the item. If the item is not as described please provide details, if the item was damaged in shipping, provide details, and photos of the shipping materials. 
  • It is the buyers responsibility to review and understand the OregonRecycles.com policies and user agreement.  
  • Shipping for Returns: Shipping fees for returns aren’t covered by us unless specified. For international returns via the OregonRecycles.com Global Shipping Program, buyers cover return shipping, taxes, and import fees. Purchases made outside of this program using domestic freight forwarders should note that the 30-day return starts upon arrival at the forwarding location.
  • Procedure: To assist us in processing returns efficiently, provide the serial number, describe the issue, and attach photos of the item (with our inventory label/serial number) and its packaging.
  • Environment Concern: We’re conscious of the environmental impact of returns, which produce significant carbon dioxide emissions. Hence, buyer’s remorse or “changes of mind” aren’t accepted per OregonRecycles.com policy.
  • Compliance: All returns adhere to OregonRecycles.com’s “Condition of returned items policy” and the “Abusive Buyer Policy”. We maintain comprehensive records of our products, including serial numbers, to ensure compliance and optimize customer experience.

R2v3 Testing and Grading

We are an R2V3 certified facility. All items are tested for functionality as per R2v3 standard and listed as.

We use the R2v3 R2 Equipment Categorization (REC) for item grading and to assign the cosmetic, functional, and data sanitization status to Collectible and Specialty Electronics, and Functional Products.

C3 | Used Fair (Moderate use and age) · Cosmetic blemishes are consistent with wear, including multiple dents, discoloration, and light to heavy scratches · Damage to latches, hinges, keyboards, etc. · Some parts, panels, bezels, or covers may be missing
