Cosmetically, this unit is in excellent shape. Console has some minor scuffing around the exterior, but none of it affects functionality. Included Controller is in good condition, with all buttons snappy and responsive, and very minimal wear to the sticks. All Discs are in excellent condition, with minimal scratching and damage. All the games, except for Assassins Creed 3, includes the appropriate game manual and U-Play code sheet (When applicable for a game with online capabilities). Unknown if any of the codes within these games have been used/still functioning, be aware before buying.
