Shipping and Return Policy

OregonRecycles.com is the consumer sales department of Green Century Electronics Recycling. We focus on the reuse of consumer electronics and computer technology. 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below we have outlined our shipping and returns policies. 

SHIPPING

  1. Handling/processing times can be 3 to 5 business days.

  2. We ONLY ship during business hours Monday-Friday 9 am - 4 pm PST excluding holidays or at other times as noted on our website, newsletter, or social media announcements. 

  3. We ship to locations within the continental united states.

  4. We do not ship internationally except under special circumstances, for more information about international shipping contact our sales team. 

  5. We reserve the right to override your preferred shipping method, our objective is to get your product to you in the most expedient and cost-effective manner possible. 

  6. There are times where shipping costs may be adjusted by the carrier, these cost adjustments are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is a free shipping item. Our shipping department will contact you to adjust your shipping if applicable.  

  7. We do NOT offer local delivery. 

  8. We DO offer local pickup. 

RETURNS

  1. As an R2 2013 compliant recycler, we strive to ensure that your product is as described. If your item does not meet with its description, and/or the product is non-functional (unless described as non-functional, or "R2/Ready for Repair") and/or is not as described we accept such returns within 30 calendar days of purchase. 

  2. We DO NOT accept returns beyond 30 days of purchase.  

  3. Refunds are issued via the same payment method as purchase. 

  4. Refunds may take 3-5 days to process.  

  5. A 10% restocking fee may apply to your return. 

  6. We do not honor returns of buyer's remorse. 

  7. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

COMPUTER SALES

  1. We do not offer ongoing computer support and cannot assist with user training. 

  2. Computers purchased include our standard 30 days warranty provided the computers are not opened. Opening the computer, changing or adding components to the computer voids warranty.
