Please do not ship anything back until we send you an RMA and instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed.

Before you send
- Have your order number and, if possible, the serial number on our inventory label.
- Photos help a lot: the item, our label/serial, and the packaging if it arrived damaged. Reply to our confirmation email with them.
