• Making an Offer: We only consider offers submitted through eBay’s “Make Offer” function (if enabled for the listing).

Policies & Store Information

• Policies: Our shipping, payment, return, and warranty policies are listed on our eBay store’s About page and at the bottom of every listing. We recommend checking them periodically for updates.

• All our items come with inventory control labels and pricing labels attached to the devices. The two good ways to remove these labels without damaging the item are:

• Hair Dryer Method ? Use a hair dryer to slightly raise the temperature of the adhesive, making it easier to remove.
• Isopropyl Alcohol Method ? Soak the sticker with isopropyl alcohol to dissolve the adhesive.

We do not recommend using razors or heavy scraping, as this could damage your product. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the buyer when removing labels. If an item is returned with damage from label removal, it will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping, Local Pickup & Freight Policy

Shipping Exclusions

• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
• Domestic orders are shipped via UPS (our primary carrier) within one business day after payment is cleared.
• International orders are processed only through eBay’s International Shipping Program (EIS) – we do not ship directly outside the U.S.
• Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations. Please review the item listing for details.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the listing specifically states “Free Shipping.”
• If an item qualifies for a shipping refund due to carrier error, buyers should file a claim with UPS or USPS, depending on the selected carrier.

Combined Shipping

• Orders are automatically combined for environmental and cost efficiency.
• We do not split orders into multiple boxes unless explicitly stated in the listing.
• We do not ship separately at a dropshipper’s request, as this is outside of eBay’s dropshipping policies. We recommend reviewing eBay’s latest dropshipping policy to ensure compliance.
• We cannot change the shipping address after checkout. Please verify your address before completing your purchase.

3rd-Party Shippers & Freight Forwarders

• Warranty
  and support apply to the original buyer and shipping address. If the
  item is forwarded, we recommend verifying the item?s condition before
  reshipping.
• Dropshipping Notice: Per eBay’s Dropshipping Policy, we do not support
  dropshippers who resell our products and later claim “Item Not as

• Local pickup is free at our Portland, Oregon location.
• Pickup Process:
  1. An eBay pickup code is required at the time of pickup?this will be provided by eBay after checkout.
  2. Please allow at least 2 hours after payment for order processing.
  3. Pickup instructions will be sent via eBay messaging.

Freight Shipping (Buyer-Arranged & Quoting Service)

For larger items requiring freight shipping, the buyer is responsible for arranging freight services.

• Freight Quoting Service (Optional):

  • We do not provide freight shipping quotes by default.
  • If you require assistance in obtaining a quote, we offer a freight shopping service for $65.00 per hour (prepaid).
  • This service covers contacting carriers, getting price estimates, and coordinating pickup details.
