Shipping and Local Pickup

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

International shipping is available exclusively through the eBay Global Shipping program; otherwise, we ship only within the continental US. Items are dispatched within one business day of receiving completed payment unless stated otherwise.

Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. We ensure fast shipping and offer a 30-day money-back warranty. For more details, please refer to our “About” page or our detailed company policies on our website. 

Combined Shipping: We consolidate all orders into a single shipment when free shipping is selected. This approach is not only environmentally friendly but also enables us to continue offering free shipping on most of our laptops. Please note that orders cannot be split into multiple boxes.

Local Pickup

All items can be picked up locally at our Portland location at no charge. Simply select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout, complete your purchase, and allow at least two hours for us to prepare your order. You will receive a message with pickup instructions once your order is ready. Our pickup hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays, excluding holidays.

Product Return Policy

As a compliant recycler under R2 2013, we diligently work to ensure that your product aligns with its description. Each item, excluding some vintage ones, is tested and inventoried as part of our certification process. For details on specific items, please refer to our item descriptions.

Should your item deviate from its description, be non-functional (unless stated as non-functional, “R2/Ready for Repair”, or listed for parts/repair), or if there is any discrepancy, kindly initiate a return by contacting us via eBay.

Please note the following:

Returns are not accepted after 30 calendar days from receipt of the item.
We do not offer partial refunds. Instead, we request the return of the product. Upon receipt and verification against our inventory and records, a full refund will be issued.

Exchanges are not available.
In case of a return or issue, provide the serial number and detailed information about the problem. Include photos of the item (showing our inventory label and serial number) and the received shipping box and materials.

While we accept returns within a 30-day period, we are conscious of the carbon footprint associated with returns, which in the U.S. generates over 15 million metric tons of CO2 emissions annually — equivalent to emissions from 3 million cars.

Returns due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind are not accepted as per eBay policy.
For International Shipping and Returns:

We utilize eBay’s Global Shipping Program. While international returns are accepted, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, including taxes and import fees.
Regarding Freight Forwarders:

International shipping is available only through eBay’s Global Shipping Program. If you use a freight forwarding service for domestic shipping, note that any return must occur within the 30-day return period from the arrival date at the forwarded address, typically the freight forwarder’s. Buyers cover all return shipping fees, taxes, and tariffs.
All returns are assessed according to eBay’s “Condition of Returned Items Policy” to prevent violations of eBay’s “Abusive Buyer Policy”. We maintain comprehensive records, including serial numbers, of our products to comply with eBay’s Money Back Policy and to enhance our customers’ experience.

We are an R2 2013 certified facility. All items are tested for functionality as per R2 2013 standard and listed as.

R2/Ready for Reuse,
R2/Ready for Resale,
or R2/Ready for Repair as applicable.

R2 Ready for Resale Laptop Battery Testing.
All Laptops sold meet the R2 2013 R2 Ready for Resale testing standards, including battery life (if battery is included) tested to a Minimum 40 minutes discharge.

We use the R2v3 R2 Equipment Categorization (REC) for item grading and to assign the cosmetic, functional, and data sanitization status to Collectible and Specialty Electronics, and Functional Products.

Cosmetic Description Grades

C0 | Not categorized  
C1 | Damaged (For materials recovery) 
C2 | Used Poor – Heavy use and age 
⋅ Cosmetic blemishes are significant, such as multiple heavy dents, may require repair ⋅ Damages to latches, hinges, keyboards, etc. are prevalent

C3 | Used Fair (Moderate use and age)
