The bracket carries two modular telephone sockets marked TO JACK and TO PHONE, plus an accessible four-position switch bank with COM1–COM4 setting instructions. The populated side includes a large round black speaker, several integrated circuits, a transformer and assorted capacitors; a chip-mounted label identifies the card as Digicom CONNECTION 96+. The reverse shows exposed solder joints, printed traces and two identification stickers. Light scratches and surface marks are visible on the metal mounting bracket in. The white identification stickers on the reverse have discolored surfaces and worn edges in. The gold edge contacts show contact wear and darkened areas in.
